With all of the hype surrounding the Men's Olympic Hockey Tournament, we oftentimes forget that the women are playing too.  Bearing that in mind, here are Hockey Primetime's three stars of last night's Women's Gold Medal game.

First Star: Marie-Philip Poulin, Canada - Poulin had both goals for Team Canada, both coming in the first period just under three minutes apart. Her first, a terrific one-timer over United States goalie Jessie Vetter's glove, came at 13:05 in the first period and the second, a rebound off of a Meghan Agosta shot, came at 16:50.

Second Star: Shannon Szabados, Canada - Not much can be said about Szabados' performance except for "wow." Szabados made 29 saves in the game, including one spinning glove save while the US had the man advantage towards the end of the second was the game's most critical save and, possibly, the save of the Olympics for both men's and women's.

Third Star: Jessie Vetter, USA - It's not too often that the losing goalie gets named as a star, but in this case it is completely warranted. Despite two early goals by Canada, Vetter was a rock in net and kept the game close throughout the night. While she was out-dueled by Szabados on the other end, Vetter's performance was one of the major reasons the United States had a chance to win this game.
