Good evening from New York City, where your friendly blogger will take you through Game 5 of the Boston Bruins-Vancouver Canucks Stanley Cup Final. The series is tied at two games apiece and it is obvious that one of the two teams will be up 3-2 after tonight. It is equally obvious that Monday night’s Game 6 is a clinching game.
Neither side unveiled their lineup adjustments after the Aaron Rome-Nathan Horton incident subtracted both players from the rest of the series, but it is expected that Keith Ballard will replace Rome on the blue line for Vancouver while Boston rookie Tyler Seguin will take Horton’s place.
