USA Hockey has established a hockey operations internship in memory of Brendan Burke, the son of Team USA general manager Brian Burke who was killed in an auto accident Feb. 5. The year-long internship is intended for a recent college graduate interested in hockey operations as a career. The application form can be downloaded here. Brendan Burke was a student at Miami (Ohio) University and served as a hockey operations assistant with Miami's men's ice hockey team. More information: www.usahockey.com |
